Dog boarding and daycare

At Doggytopia, your dog will want for nothing. We are based in a village surrounded by beautiful countryside so they get 2 good walks a day, play-time in our enclosed and secure garden and there are a number of beds in all shapes and sizes they can rest their weary heads on at the end of the day by the fireside. We treat your dog as one of our own so there are NO kennels and they have the run of our house. We offer both short and long term stays.

We encourage all prospective boarders and daycare customers (both canine and human) to visit our home to meet both us and our dogs so that when you do leave them with us, you have peace of mind that they are being well cared for in a loving and safe environment.

Dog walking

If you work long hours or simply need a day for yourself, whether it be on a regular basis or ad-hoc, our dog walker services can help. At Doggytopia we try to make the dog walk fun so we vary the route to keep your dog stimulated and hopefully tire them out for when you get home. So whether they enjoy chasing a ball, sniffing about, playing with other dogs or are just happy to trot along beside us, we will take this into account. We only let your dog off lead on your recommendation and if it is in a safe area. The dogs can either be walked as part of a small group (no more than 4) or on their own, depending on your requirements.

Before taking on any dog we would come out on a trial dog walk with you so we can get to know your dog and vice versa.

Cat-feeding and sitting

Cats are very sensitive creatures and can become stressed by a change of environment. The cat feeding service means you can go away on holiday happy in the knowledge that your cat is safe at your own home and being cared for on their own territory. A typical visit lasts half an hour. We provide your cat with fresh food and water, clean any litter trays and give your cat some tlc.

We will visit you prior to your departure to discuss your requirements and to meet the cats in question.
