"The moment we arrived and our dog met the pack I felt that I was happy to leave her and go on holiday without anxiety. Rachel gave the dogs a free rein to get to know each other and only intervened if she felt any dog was becoming too dominant. I was immediately struck by her calm approach and her obvious ability to distinguish between behaviour that was just friendly and behaviour that needed some gentle guidance.
